Instructions:

Soak soybeans in enough cold water for at least 4 hours. Pick spinach leaves (very young spinach whole), slice onion and cut vegetables left over into pieces. Sauté onions in 1 tsp of oil, then add potatoes, soybeans as well as carrots, which have a longer cooking time. Pour vegetable soup on it, bring to boil and make 20 min. Then add the long grain rice and after about 15 minutes add the spinach, tomatoes and some chopped rosemary needles. Simmer for a few more minutes on low heat, add the remaining oil and bring to the table.
