Half-liter jars

Rinse the fruits, remove the seeds and cut them in half. Bring the sugar to the boil with the water. Cut the zest from the washed lemon into small pieces, squeeze the lemon, add the juice to the syrup form. Add the fruit halves and let it boil. Soften in about 15 min.

Attention: The fruits must remain intact, they should be cooked. Do not let them fall apart. Fish the fruits out of the syrup and put them into sterile glasses.

Add the lemon zest to the syrup and simmer on low heat for about 10 to 20 minutes. Stir again and again so that nothing sticks. Remove from the heat. Add the orange flower water and pour the syrup over the fruit in the glasses.

Seal jars and let stand for about two to three weeks before using.
