Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

1. clean and trim the bean pods and set aside to start.

Heat the oil in a medium frying pan. Add the garlic and onion and sauté over low heat, stirring frequently, for approx.

2 minutes.

3. add tofu and roast for 2-3 min. until just beginning to turn golden brown.

4. add green beans and broad beans. Mix in juice of one lemon, turmeric, ground herb mixture and vegetable soup and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5-7 minutes until beans are cooked. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bring to table on the spot.

Replace, store a different, distinctive flavor of goodness.

Fresh bean pods have a wonderful savory flavor that is hard to beat. If fresh beans are not available, use thawed beans from the freezer instead.
