For the monkey slices, first prepare the dough. For the dough, beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Slowly add oil and water.

Mix cocoa, flour and baking powder and gently fold in sifted. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Slice the bananas and spread on the cooled base, drizzle with lemon juice.

Soak gelatine, mix curd, sugar and juice of one lemon, stir in dissolved gelatine. Whip the cream and fold into the mixture.

Spread on the bananas. Chill for two hours and coat the monkey slices with chocolate icing.
