For the Moroccan chicken, cut the meat into strips. Peel and quarter the onions, cut the celery into 1 cm wide strips, dice the tomatoes and cut the zucchini into pieces.Mix the meat and vegetables, place in an unperforated cooking container and mix with the specified spices and chicken stock.Cook in the Miele steam oven at 100° for approx. 12-15 minutes using the “Cook Universal” setting.
