Instructions:

Cook the washed long-grain rice with the soup and salt on the stove for 1500 cmin.

Whisk the cow’s milk, yogurt and egg yolks and add them to the rice soup, stirring continuously. Remove it from the heat and let it cool down. Now heat the finely chopped peppermint leaves in a frying pan with butter and pour over the broth before serving.

The fresher the peppermint leaves, the more intense the flavor of this specialty.

Tip: Use a regular or light yogurt, yes, as needed!
