Instructions:

For the bacon dumplings cut the carrese bacon into small cubes and mix with the parsley. Boil the potato, peel it hot, press it through the press, mix well with salt, semolina, egg and flour.

Form into a roll, weigh about 100 g of dough per dumpling, fill with 3 tsp of bacon and form into dumplings. Arrange the dumplings in a dish greased with rapeseed oil and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

Mix the milk with the egg and salt and pour over the dumplings and bake again in the oven for 35 minutes. Serve with sauerkraut or bacon slaw.
