Instructions:

First prepare the dough for the mulled wine and cinnamon slices. To do this, quickly knead all the ingredients, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Roll out the dough to the size of a baking tray. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the dough on it. Prick a few times with a fork and bake at 175° C for about 10 minutes. Slit the vanilla bean and scrape out the pulp. Beat eggs with vanilla pulp and sugar until foamy. Mix sour cream with cinnamon and stir into the egg mixture.

Spread the sour cream on the baked pastry case and bake in the preheated oven at 175 °C for about another 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the overcooled mulled wine and cinnamon slices with coconut oil and cut into triangles.
