For the mushroom-tomato skewers, clean the mushrooms and wash the tomatoes. alternate a mushroom with a tomato and a mushroom with a tomato, ending with a mushroom on the skewers.
Make a marinade with the remaining ingredients and brush the skewers with it. Let the skewers marinate for at least 2 hours, then grill them in an aluminum tray.
The mushrooms should still be firm to the bite.
