For the mussels traditionally clean the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Wash the mussels in salted water and check them.

The mussels must be closed, but if some are open, then tap the mussel once vigorously on the work surface. If the mussel closes, then it can be used. If the mussel remains open, then please discard, as well as damaged mussels.

Put on a mussel pot, pour in the wine and vegetables, the herbs, some salt and pepper and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the mussels, put the lid on and cook the mussels traditionally for about 5-8 minutes, shaking the pot several times.
