Instructions:

Put the bread cubes in a bowl and pour the melted butter over them.

Beat the lukewarm milk with eggs, parsley and spices and pour over the bread cubes and mix.

Let everything soak well. Place the bread mixture on aluminum foil coated with oil, form into a roll and roll up tightly.

Cook the roll(s) in water or steam for at least 35 minutes. Briefly rinse with cold water, unroll and cut napkin dumplings into portions.
