Instructions:

Make a kneaded dough with baking powder, sugar, flour, egg, light butter, vanilla sugar and nuts. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, then roll out thinly and cut squares (3x3cm). Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes at 200 °C. After cooling, assemble 2 cookies each with dissolved nut nougat.
