For the nougat dumplings in a coconut coating, make a dough from curd cheese, flour, semolina, melted butter, potato and salt, let rest for about 1 hour.

Form the nougat into fingernail-sized balls, coat with the curd dough and form dumplings. Simmer the dumplings in salted water until they float to the top. Roast the coconut flakes in a pan until light brown, roll the dumplings in them and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
