Sprinkle with Cointreau. Spread the bottom cake layer with a cream of nougat and whipped cream, place the top cake layer on top and spread with enough whipped cream on all sides.

Use a piping bag to pipe the remaining whipped cream onto the cake and garnish with raspberries and lemon balm leaves.
