For the Nuremberg sausage pan, dice the potatoes and cut the sausages in half.

Heat oil in a pan and fry sausages in it, remove and cook potatoes in the dripping for 15 minutes. In the meantime, mix creme fraiche with mustard and season with salt and pepper.

Cut leeks into rings, cook peas in boiling salted water. Quarter radishes, add leeks to potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes. Season to taste, fold in peas and sausages. Sprinkle radishes and cress over the pan.

Serve the Nuremberg sausage pan.
