Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar briefly, add nuts mixed with bread flour and baking powder and stir well. Grease loaf pan, spread with parchment paper, grease, pour in dough, smooth.

Baking time: 55-65 min. at 175 degrees .

Prepare cooking test(*), turn out onto a broiler, remove paper. Cool, dust with powdered sugar.

This nut cake is prepared very quickly and keeps fresh for a long time.

(*) Cooking test: pierce the cake with wooden skewers after the recommended baking time. If there is no more resistance, the cake is ready, otherwise bake for another 5-10 minutes.
