Instructions:

For the nut cake with chocolate cream, whip the egg whites. Mix flour, nuts, sugar and vanilla sugar and fold into the egg whites.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake on 2x at 120° for 2 hours. Prepare a buttercream and chocolate cream from the other ingredients respectively. Assemble the cooled cake layers with buttercream and spread the nut cake with chocolate cream.
