For the nut ring cake, cream the butter and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks, cinnamon, nuts and flour mixed with baking powder.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the chopped chocolate into the snow and fold this mixture into the dough. Pour the mixture into a well greased, crumbled baking pan.

Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Leave to stand in the oven for 5 minutes before removing from the oven.

Allow to cool and sugar over.
