Instructions:

For the nut hearts, knead a dough from flour, powdered sugar, margarine, nuts and vanilla sugar. Let the dough rest for 1/2 hour. Roll out the dough and cut out hearts on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

For the cream, cream butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, stir in grated nuts, softened chocolate and rum. Fill 2 hearts each with cream.

For the glaze, heat rum with a little lemon juice, mix powdered sugar well and color with food coloring or currant juice. Stir the glaze thoroughly. Glaze the cookies with it.

Finally, if desired, draw the nut hearts with chocolate glaze pattern.
