Instructions:

Mix eggs with sugar and flour. Add the raisins and the whole walnut kernels. Season with salt and a pinch of cinnamon. Line a baking tray with baking parchment paper, spread the mixture lengthwise with wet hands and shape into sausages about 4-5 cm thick. Press the mass again well into the height, so that it does not run too far apart during baking. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 °C for about 30-40 minutes. Let cool and cut into thin slices.
