Instructions:

For the beans, cut the bacon into cubes as much as you want to take, then remove the skin of the onion and cut into cubes, open the can of beans and drain, put a little bit of oil in the saucepan, which is understandable and heat. Then fry the bacon, add the onions and sauté until translucent, then add the beans and sauté until hot and then add a pinch of salt and pepper. To fry the pancake add a tiny bit of oil to the pan, heat and add the liquid pancake mixture to the pan but only enough to cover the bottom of the pan and fry until golden, you can tell when the edge is golden then turn to the other side.(a turner for a few cents would be helpful) when the other side is also golden fill onto the plate and add the warm beans to the pancake and roll up.

I like to eat it still with a little sweet chili sauce on the beans. If you like it sweet you can use a little Nutella, maple syrup, jam, sugar, fruit or powdered sugar.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
