Cut beef into narrow slices (universal slicer). Then cut slices into 2 cm wide slices. Peel cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into narrow slices. Divide leek (only the white) into narrow rings. Cut radishes into fine slices. Coarsely crumble half of the cheese. Put all ingredients in a suitable bowl and mix carefully. For the dressing, stir the remaining cheese with a fork until creamy. Add the cream, vinegar, oil and brandy and stir everything together well. Season the dressing with lemon salt, sugar, lemon zest and enough pepper. Dress the lettuce with the dressing and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours with the lid closed.

Chop the chives and sprinkle them over the leaf salad.

You can also use this dressing to dress green salad leaves.

Tip: As an alternative to fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
