A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix milk, flour, mineral water, eggs and salt to make a pancake batter. Heat the lard and sauté the sauerkraut in it. Extinguish with the apple juice, add the grated apple and the chopped pineapple pieces.

Stir in crème fraîche and paprika, add half of it to the sauerkraut and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat with the lid closed. In the meantime, bake 8 pancakes in clarified butter.

Drain the liquid from the finished cabbage in a sieve, place a small amount of diced ham on each pancake and spread the sauerkraut evenly on top.
