To make the One Pot Pasta Asia Style, coarsely grate or chop the carrots, bell bell pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic and place in a large pot with the other ingredients.

Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered until the spaghetti is soft enough to mix everything together. Then simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

Most of the liquid should be cooked off. If there is still too much liquid, finish cooking without a lid at the end.

If necessary, season with soy sauce and lemon juice and serve sprinkled with the herbs.
