For the onion and bacon cake, knead a dough with flour, egg, water, oil and a pinch of salt and cover the bottom of a baking dish. Pull up the edge.

Spread the onion and bacon on top and pour the cream over it. Bake the onion and bacon cake at 220° for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
