For the onion casserole, cut the onions into eighths and the spring onion into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions and lightly caramelize with sugar.

Deglaze with the wine. Season and stir in the sour cream. Bake the onion casserole in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 180° C convection oven.
