Instructions:

Cut the onion into rings. Beat the beef cutlets, salt them and fry them in a pressure cooker.

Take out the meat, brown the onion, dust with flour and deglaze with water. Add meat back in and saute until tender, about 12-15 minutes.

Arrange the onion roast and serve.
