For the orange cake, beat egg whites with sugar until very stiff. Wash oranges, grate the peel into a mixing bowl. Mix flour with baking powder well.

Add walnuts, grated chocolate and flour mixture to orange peels in mixing bowl. Squeeze oranges, add 40 ml juice also to the mixture, add oil and mix well with beaten egg white. Use a spatula and fold in the snow, do not stir!

Pour the mixture into a greased, floured cake tin and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes, then do the first test.

Cut cooled cake in half and spread with smooth orange marmalade. Assemble. Mix the powdered sugar and a tablespoon of orange juice together and pour over the cake.
