Instructions:

For the orange coconut cake, first separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is nice and light yellow.

Slowly add oil, water and milk and continue beating. Grease the baking pan. Mix flour with baking powder. Fillet the orange and cut into pieces. Collect the juice and mix to the batter.

Gently fold the beaten egg whites, flour mixture and coconut flakes alternately into the yolk mixture.

At the very end, carefully fold in the orange pieces.

Pour everything into the greased form (e.g. wreath form or Gugelhupf) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees, on the middle shelf, for about 25-30 minutes.

Allow the orange coconut cake to cool and brush with the glaze (made of lemon juice and powdered sugar).
