For the orange-passion fruit punch, first peel and grate the ginger. While doing so, also collect the juice.

Break open the cardamom capsules and lightly crush the seeds in a mortar. Mix with the ginger.

Grate the zest from 2 oranges, as well as the lemon. Cut one orange into 12 slices and set aside for decoration. Then squeeze out all the fruit.

Add the zest to the ginger-cardamom mixture and mix well.

Cut the passion fruit in half crosswise, scoop out the pulp, pass it through a fine sieve and collect the juice.

Heat the orange juice with the passion fruit pulp, ginger-cardamom mixture and pineapple juice, but do not boil.

Place 3 orange slices in each heat-resistant glass and pour the hot orange-passion fruit punch over them.
