Wash the oranges hot, then peel them, weigh the peel with the white, cook the peel in water for 15 minutes until just cooked, then drain and cook completely with pineapple juice. Cut the oranges in half and remove all the seeds. Weigh 500 g of pulp and grind it a little bit with a blender. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces. Cut the ginger into fine cubes. Put the prepared ingredients in a saucepan with the sugar and Citropekt, heat while stirring and let it brew for 10 seconds. Fold in the Opekta and let it all bubble up again. Fill the finished jam into clean jars.
