Roast the turkey well for 10 minutes on all sides. Cut the onion into slices and add to the roast form. Dust with the curry. Roast until the onion slices are golden brown. Add water. Steam in closed pot for 60 minutes. Add a little more water if necessary. Cut leek into 1 cm slices, add to the roast with raisins and almonds. Steam for another 20 minutes. Remove the roast from the pot. Stir curry sauce into the stewing stock and bring to a boil. Cut the cored, peeled apple into wedges and the banana into slices. Steep both briefly in the sauce. Cut the turkey into slices and return to the sauce.

Tips: Tastes best with mama with long grain rice.
