Instructions:

First, peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Put the banana pieces with cocoa powder, agave syrup and coconut drink in a blender jug and blend finely with a hand blender.

Stir in oat flakes and chia seeds and let the mixture swell in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Then stir again and divide into two bowls. Cover and let the cream continue to swell overnight in the refrigerator.

The next morning, before serving, toast the coconut flakes in a coated pan without fat over medium heat until golden. Peel and slice the banana.

Decorate the Overnight Chocolate Chia with Banana with the banana slices and the toasted coconut flakes and serve.
