For the paella, brown the 3 cups of rice and extinguish with the 6 cups of water and the bouillon cube and simmer for 15 minutes. In the meantime, peel and chop the onion, then sauté.

When the onion is light brown, fry the bacon, add the chicken breasts cut into small pieces and the fillet of pork cut into small pieces, salt and pepper and fry them.

Finally, briefly add the finely chopped parika. Sauté for about 5 – 10 minutes and season to taste.

Mix everything quickly and the Paella Carmen is ready.
