For the Paleo breakfast, first prepare the almond milk. To do this, soak 50g of almonds overnight, strain the almonds and put them in the blender with 250ml of water.

Add the maple syrup, agave syrup or honey. Blend well for about a minute and then strain.

Pour the almond milk into a bowl and add the chopped banana. Add the cinnamon and chia seeds and mix well.

You can of course add many other superfoods such as psyllium ect.

Depending on your preference, empty buckwheat flakes into the bowl and serve the Paleo breakfast.
