Cook pancakes according to the appropriate recipe.

Sauté onion in heated oil. Add mince and stir-fry until brown and crumbly. Squeeze the garlic over it. Add the culinary herbs and lemon zest and fold in. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread mince evenly over pancakes and roll up.

Place side by side in a greased gratin dish. Pour the clear soup and place butter flakes on the pancake rolls. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes.
