Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

Stir through salt, egg yolks, flour, milk and water. Stir parsley, soy sauce, snow and sherry or rice wine into batter. Drain shrimp and soybean germ on a colander. Heat light butter, warm both in it. Season with pepper and keep warm.

Heat oil in frying pan. Mix the shrimps and soy bean sprouts in the batter. Bake four pancakes with it.
