Try this delicious cake recipe:

1. rinse orange hot, dry and grate a tiny bit of zest. Mix with flour, egg and buttermilk until smooth. Allow to swell for approx. 10 min.

Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut orange into slices, reserving juice. Mix curd cheese, juice and mineral water until smooth. Season with sugar and cinnamon.

Chop the pistachios.

3. bake a thin pancake from the dough in a coated frying pan (approx. 20 cm ø) until golden brown. Top with curd cheese and orange slices and fold over to form a pancake. Sprinkle with pistachios.
