Instructions:

Whisk eggs, whipping cream and cinnamon (I) and pour into a shallow dish. Place the pannettone slices in a shallow dish and fry on both sides for 5 minutes.

Fry drained pannettone slices in it for 4-5 min. on both sides until golden brown. Remove, place on warmed plates and keep warm in the stove.

Roast banana pieces in the frying fat for about 5 min, turning frequently to the other side. Spread evenly on the pannettone slices.

Drizzle with syrup, dust with cinnamon (Ii), bring to the table on the spot.
