Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water, add peas in the last 2 min.

Fry the fish in hot oil for approx. 2 min. while turning, season with salt and pepper, remove from the frying pan, keep warm.

Extinguish frying fat with clear soup and whipping cream, boil a little, add juice of one lemon and half of the lemon strips. Mix in sauce thickener, bring to the boil briefly. Add chervil, season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Drain pasta and peas, drain a little, warm salmon in sauce.

Bring the pasta and pea mixture to the table with the sauce, garnish with chervil and strips of lemon peel.
