Rinse, clean and chop the greens. Place the brisket in a saucepan with the greens, peppercorns, allspice, bay leaf seasoning and salt. Fill with water and simmer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

In the meantime, rinse and clean the peppers and cut them into narrow strips. Pour the beef broth through a sieve and simmer the peppers for 10 to 15 minutes. Season with clear soup. Cut the meat into cubes, add to the soup and heat.

Sprinkle the parsley leaves over the paprika-beef soup before serving.
