Instructions:

Cut the chicken into pieces, cut the upper parts of the knuckles, cut the breast pieces into 3 strips each, so that everything is cooked at the same time.

Mix oil and spices, rub the pieces of meat with it, cut peppers into strips and put them together with the meat into an unperforated cooking container.

Mix whipped cream with salt and pepper, pour over it and cook in a steamer at 100 °C for about 15 minutes.

Serve with pasta.
