For the bell bell pepper soup, first cut the bell bell pepper into strips of about 2 cm, then sauté in a saucepan, pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Then puree the bell pepper soup once with a hand blender. At the end, add the cream cheese or herb cream cheese and season the soup with salt and pepper (chili or cayenne pepper).
