Paprika Vegetables with Potato Buckwheat Dumplings

Instructions:

Rinse potatoes, make in salted water about 25 min. and peel. Mash potatoes and cool a little bit. Clean peppers, rinse and cut into strips. Remove the skin from the onion and cut into cubes. Clean, rinse and slice the mushrooms.

Knead the eggs and buckwheat flour into the potato dough. Season with salt and nutmeg. Form into a roll and cut into three times the serving size. Form each into dumplings and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.

Heat oil. Sauté onion in it. Add peppers and mushrooms. Add paradeis pulp and douse with clear soup.

Rinse thyme, pluck leaves and add. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Drain the dumplings and serve with the vegetables.
