A bean recipe for every taste:

Prepare the beans ready to cook and rinse. Cook in a little salted water or possibly over steam until soft.

In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into eighths. Grate Emmental and Gruyère. Chop the parsley and garlic.

Mix all these ingredients together with the savory, the cream (whipped cream), the low-fat curd cheese and the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Roll out the cake dough a little larger than a pie or cake springform pan of 26 cm ø. Spread it on the bottom. Prick the bottom regularly with a fork.

Pour in the curd cheese mixture. Arrange the beans and tomatoes decoratively on top. Meanwhile, bake the tart in the oven heated to 200 °C on the lowest shelf for about 45 minutes.
