Instructions:

Place the fruit base on a cake plate. Place the wafer rolls on the edge of the cake.

For the cream, mix the ParadiesCreme with sour cream or crème fraiche and whipped cream using a whisk. Form the amount on the fruit base, not completely covering the wafer rolls. For the topping, rinse, drain and hull the strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half

and spread evenly in a dome shape on top of the set cream.

For the glaze, cook a glaze from cake glaze, sugar and water according to package directions. Cover the strawberries with it and let the icing set. Garnish the cake with scraped chocolate.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
