Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Make the pasta in salted water al dente and drain. Peel the onion and chop finely. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Sauté both in butter for 2 minutes until soft. Add garlic, nutmeg, whipping cream, pepper and struewurzel and make 2 min. Stir in pasta and cheese and bring to table sprinkled with strips of ham, if desired.
