A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Make pasta al dente in water according to instructions, brown mince in saucepan, add Maggi-Fix and Reisfix and stir heartily.

Build up one layer at a time as follows: Form pasta in gratin dish, pour some sauce on top, sprinkle grated Gouda, etc. After last layer, cover sauce with Gouda and slices and garnish with herbs. Bake in oven at 220 C for about 45 min. until cheese on slices is nicely browned.

Comment:

Depending on your choice, peas, hominy and/or carrots can also be added to the sauce. It is of course also possible to use other cheeses. Just do not skimp on the cheese!
