For the pasta with pumpkin, pomegranate and curry, first loosen the pomegranate. Cook the pasta in enough water according to the package instructions until al dente.

Meanwhile, fry the pumpkin in a little olive oil, when the pumpkin has taken some color, add the curry powder and 10 tablespoons of the pasta water to the pumpkin. Drain the pasta and add it to the pumpkin.

Stir in the cream cheese and simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper and add the pomegranate at the end.

Arrange the pasta with pumpkin, pomegranate and curry in a deep plate and sprinkle with some freshly grated Parmesan.
