Preheat the oven to 140 °C. Whip the egg whites in a baking bowl until stiff. gradually add the sugar to form a firm, glossy meringue. Later, fold in the sifted cornmeal with vinegar and vanilla flavoring. Form the quantity with a large spoon in a circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave a spiral shape on the surface by making a circular motion. Bake for about 75 minutes until the meringue is golden and crisp. Turn off the heat and let the meringue cool with the door closed for 1 to 2 hours. Later, carefully peel the paper off the meringue.

Beat crem double in a large baking bowl, fold in crème fraîche. Spread the mixture evenly over the meringue with a spoon. Raspberries and blueberries on top form and garnish with mint sprigs and powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
